BREWERIES ARE PAIRED AND GIVEN A CATEGORY TO BREW. ALL EXCLUSIVELY DROPPING AT FLOCKFEST.
Black Kite Brewery
The host brewery will be making a pacific ale featuring New Zealand hops from our sponsor Hop Revolution.
West Coast Brewing
The Shizuoka brewery will be in there wheelhouse bringing out a hazy double IPA featuring a Pamona Yeast in the brew.
Deadman
The breweries were tasked with the ‘Wilds’ catergory and are creating an unique Koji Saison.
DD4D
Showcasing for the first time in Hong Kong, DD4D will be brewing a Dry-Hopped Saison with citrus.
hEROES
The pair received the EAST MEETS WEST set and Chris Wong of Heroes will be producing a West Coast IPA with Japanese Sake yeast and Japanese hops.
Black Tide Brewing
First time in Hong kong, Black Tide will be making a special tea-infused beer
Yardley Brothers
Challenged with the Expermiental category, Yardley’s will be making a barrel-aged sour IPA.
Far Yeast Brewing
