WHERE THIS WKND ("we", "us", "our") operates a nightlife and weekend event discovery platform for Hong Kong, accessible via our website and mobile application (together, the "Platform").

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You may sign in using a third-party provider (e.g. Google, Apple). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@wherethiswknd.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or other users' enjoyment.

6. Event listings and organiser content

Events listed on the Platform are created and managed by third-party organisers. We do not organise, host, or control these events. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information, the quality of the event experience, or any disputes between you and an organiser.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and design elements on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

By submitting content (e.g. reviews, photos) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Platform or other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
