Fresh off of @section.hq and straight into his Asia tour - Ma Haiping @mahaiping is one of China’s most respected techno producers based in Shanghai most notably known for being the first Chinese producer to release techno on a Detroit Label (The Chinese Connection, Cratesavers International) and his debut on Jeff Mill’s Axis Records in ’21 with Chang’e-4, an album inspired by China's historic mission to land on the far side of the Moon. His sound draws deep from Detroit's blueprint: propulsive, hypnotic rhythms built around evolving loops and piercing percussion, charged with sci-fi atmosphere and a sense of movement through space. And we can’t wait to welcome him back to Hong Kong.

Welcome to Fake DJ #3 - A series where you find yourself surrounded by class act DJs, fully committed and devoted to music. It’s not about hype or numbers, but on the sensibilities that came from roots of house music.
The reason why it’s called “Fake DJ” is to highlight that the DJs invited are far from one.
May your curiosity take you to the deep ends of the dancefloor. Away from the limelight, our selectors will be spinning their favorite personal music collection, creating a night that’s dancefloor oriented, hypnotic, and groovy.

Ma Haiping, also known as MHP, is a Chinese techno producer and DJ. His releases include Chang’e-4 on Axis Records and “Earthworm” on Soma Records’ SOMA NEU Vol. 4.
AngeliKa
Hong Kong-based DJ AngeliKa co-founded the techno event collective ABYSS with Shanda. Her sets span hard, deep and melodic techno alongside house, breaks, garage, jungle and drum & bass.
CASAMUSICA
CASAMUSICA is a Hong Kong-based artist associated with 5 Sense Sound Systems. Their Mixcloud includes the “House of Tempo #10 CASAMUSICA@Acadana” mix.
Casey Anderson
Casey Anderson is a Hong Kong-based DJ and producer whose live house and techno sets have incorporated hardware synths, an MPC and a DIY Eurorack modular synth. He performed his first modular-synth live show at Sónar Hong Kong in April 2017.
Jeremy Cheung
Jeremy Cheung is a Hong Kong DJ with over 20 years of experience. His sets span house, techno, electro and disco.
JayMe
Hong Kong-based DJ JayMe, known as the Disco Doctor, began DJing in 2013. He founded Acadana and is best known for disco.
Kirby Anderson
Kirby Anderson is a Hong Kong-born English-Filipino selector, producer, label owner and curator. He co-founded Tempo Contato, runs Clandestine Records, and blends contemporary and classic house music in his sets.
Zora Chan
Zora Chan is a Hong Kong DJ whose selections span deep house, techno, minimal and chill-out. She began DJing in 2020 and has performed at Rustival, including a sunrise set at its 2025 Hong Kong edition.
